A Devotional Return to the Intelligence of the Body

The womb is more than an organ. She is a living centre of creation, intuition and life force; a place from which we birth not only children, but ideas, visions, relationships and entire chapters of our becoming.

Womb Hara Massage is a deeply reverent, trauma‑informed somatic practice that invites you back into relationship with this sacred centre. It is an invitation to soften, to listen and to remember the wisdom that has always lived within your body.

Working with the womb and the hara (the vital abdominal field that governs breath, circulation, digestion and energetic flow) this practice supports balance across body, mind and spirit. The hara is often called the body’s power centre, a gateway where instinct, emotion and life force meet. When this space is tended with care, the entire system responds.

The Medicine of the Womb

The womb is a portal . . . a place of cycles, rhythm, death and rebirth. She carries memory. She carries grief. She carries longing.

When unacknowledged, the womb can hold layers of trauma, suppression and disconnection, both personal and inherited. When honored, she becomes a powerful ally in healing, pleasure, creativity and self‑trust.

Womb Hara Massage supports:

  • Releasing stored tension, trauma and emotional holding patterns

  • Reconnecting to sensuality, pleasure and embodied presence

  • Restoring trust in the body’s signals and cycles

  • Cultivating a felt sense of safety, nourishment and grounding

  • Awakening creative and erotic life force (Eros) as a source of vitality and truth

  • Connection to the Divine, Source, Spirit, God, Mother Nature, the Universe

This is womb awakening not as an idea, but as an embodied experience.

A Somatic & Ceremonial Approach

My work lives at the intersection of somatics, sacred sexuality, ritual and feminine lineage healing.

Each Womb Hara Massage session is a ceremony . . . a sacred pause where your body is witnessed, respected and met with devotion. We move slowly, listening for what is ready to be felt, released or reclaimed.

This work is deeply aligned with my full suite of offerings, all of which invite women into fuller embodiment, erotic aliveness and sovereign self‑leadership. Womb Hara Massage is beautiful and sacred, as a stand alone experience, but is especially powerful when combined with 1:1 somatic sessions. When woven together with the group work and women’s circles I offer, Womb Hara Massage can be both a catalyst for impactful change and the thread that ties it all together, creating a sense of completion and closure.

In Womb Hara Massage, like all the medicine I carry, the body is never a project to fix, but a sacred temple to be honored.

What This Work Is

Womb Hara Massage is rooted in shamanic medicine, ancient abdominal and pelvic healing traditions and is interwoven with modern somatic awareness, nervous‑system rewiring and ceremonial presence.

Through sacred, intentional touch to the abdomen, pelvis, sacrum and womb space, we invite the release of stagnation held in the tissues; physical, emotional, energetic and ancestral. This work encourages the free movement of life force, supports organ vitality and restores communication between the nervous system and the body’s deeper intelligence.

This is not a technique to be done to you. It is a collaborative, bottom‑up experience where your body leads and your wisdom sets the pace.

If our body is the temple, then our womb is the altar.

Our womb is where life begins, the sacred centre of all creation.

We have all come from the womb of our mother, and she carried us, while in the womb of her mother, and all of the mothers before her.

Our womb is what connects us to the Divine Feminine, to the universe, the great mother and the source of all creation. Our womb is the centre of our creativity, our intuition, our deepest knowing and the source of our greatest strength. It is here where we store the wisdom of our ancestors. Our womb is also where we store our grief and our wounds, the traumas that belong to us and those we've inherited through our lineage.

The womb remembers.

What Women Are Saying

I left each treatment wanting to recommend Lindsay to anyone I cared for, especially those struggling emotionally of physically. For a woman to feel held and nourished when they are constantly giving to others is a real treat.

— Client S

Update- big emotional release last night, which meant not as great a sleep as anticipated, BUT I could cry! Like really sob! This is big- my diaphragm felt free to allow good release. My mind was resistant but I managed to coach it to let go, it was ok and I am safe.

— Client L

I had the pleasure of receiving Womb Hara by Lindsay and it was such a beautiful and profound journey. I felt so safe and cared for under her care, I had some major emotional releases during the session and she guided and held me through it. She is truly a compassionate soul. The treatment itself has helped me reconnect with my feminine essence and womb energy. Highly recommend every woman, receive Lindsay’s sacred touch.

— Client V

I felt so powerful after my Womb Hara massage with Lindsay. I’m pretty woo woo and open to what the universe has to offer me and I didn’t see that coming. During the massage, both Lindsay and I could feel my womb waking up and responding to her touch. I was very emotional, but in a grounded kind of way. I had so many beautiful memories come flooding back to me during the session, some I haven’t thought about in decades. I absolutely loved the body wrapping at the end, it felt so good to be contained and held together, without doing anything myself, like I could fully exhale and totally surrender. The whole treatment felt like a medicine journey and I can’t wait for my next one.

— Client E

There is a sweet tenderness about Lindsay’s loving passion for feminine care and empowerment, that came through in the way she worked with my womb. The Womb Hara Massage ceremony I received from her activated my womb in alignment with my intention to keep my channel clear for spontaneity and space for my inner child to play. My experience being held by her hands was restorative on multiple levels. I was surprised and delighted when my womb seemed to suddenly be the womb of my inner child, awakening with giddy joyful presence! I am forever grateful for that unexpected pleasure made possible by Lindsay’s ceremonial space-holding and skillful massage!

— Client D

I literally want to tell the whole world about Womb Hara and the way Lindsay held such beautiful space for me. I have been struggling with intimacy and loving my body over the last 5 years, since having children. I’ve tried all the counselling and all the books and all the things, and it always left me feeling empty and misunderstood. I have had 3 sessions with Lindsay and each time has been unique and emotionally breathtaking in their own way. I have never felt so seen by another woman or held with such tenderness and power all at the same time. My relationship to my body is shifting from one of blame and victimhood, to one where I am embracing all the parts of who I am and my desire for intimacy has shifted in such an unexpected, but lovely way. For a long time I just didn’t feel like myself and I am finally starting too again and I am beyond grateful.

— Client T

The day after I felt nourished and balanced, I was grounded. I was not energized, but in a delicious way, as if I had been restored and supported to heal from all the crazy mayhem of every day. Then the days following I was feeling a sense of connection, a balanced mindset really. Today I had an altercation with someone that surprised me and at first I felt shocked and concerned that I had upset someone, but then I processed the scenario and actually feel solid about my actions, and justified in standing up for my own strong convictions. I do feel like the therapy has supported that sense of grounding, comfortable with who I am and to stand up for what is important. Of course I can work on supporting understanding on both sides of an argument and guiding discussions so I don’t offend, I don’t plan on falling out with people! But I am ok with holding the space of discomfort, and holding my boundaries. Physically, now the treatment seems so far away, I would love another session.

— Client C

To be honest, I was super nervous about reaching out and what to expect with the Womb Hara massage, but there was a voice inside of me, that I couldn’t ignore. As a SA survivor, I have never liked the thought of receiving any type of massage, let alone a ceremonial womb massage, but I felt pulled to this in a way I couldn’t explain, like I just I knew I needed to do it. Lindsay made me feel safe right from the beginning with her intake form and follow up phone call. During the massage I felt my body softening for the first time in decades and then when Lindsay did the “de-armouring” hold at the end, I began sobbing uncontrollably. Years of grief and rage finally being felt. Lindsay didn’t try to calm me down or fix me and she didn’t pity me, she just opened the door for me to feel and held space for me while I did.
